This document sets forth the terms and conditions of use for the mobile application Flashlator AI, developed by Christian Irack, based in Mexico. By downloading or using this application, the user fully accepts these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, it is recommended not to use the application.
Flashlator AI is a translation application that allows real-time text translation, both offline and online. The free version allows offline translation with basic features. Users who access the premium mode will enjoy enhanced functionalities powered by artificial intelligence, which require an internet connection.
To use Flashlator AI, the user must have a compatible iOS device. For access to premium features, a stable internet connection and a valid App Store account are required.
The developer Christian Irack grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Flashlator AI exclusively for personal purposes. This license does not imply any transfer of intellectual property or rights over the application's content. For detailed licensing terms, please refer to our End User License Agreement (EULA).
Flashlator AI does not collect or store sensitive or personal user information. The processing of translations, both online and offline, is performed locally on the device or through secure servers without linking to identifiable data. Flashlator AI offers a premium version available through a monthly or annual subscription, managed via Apple. When purchasing a subscription, the charge will be made to your Apple ID account. Renewal is automatic unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date. No refunds are offered for already paid periods.
Our application offers a Pro subscription that improves translation quality through external services from Google and Artificial Intelligence. This subscription is available in weekly and monthly plans, with affordable prices and automatic renewals. Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their App Store account. In addition, all purchases made can be recovered and restored on any device linked to the same Apple account.
The user agrees not to use Flashlator AI for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. It is prohibited to decompile, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
All content, design, code, texts, and graphics of Flashlator AI are the exclusive property of Christian Irack. No element of the application may be copied, reused, or reproduced without the express authorization of the owner.
The use of the application is at the user's own risk. Although the utmost effort is made to offer a quality service, Christian Irack does not guarantee that the app is free of errors and is not responsible for losses, interruptions, or technical failures.
The developer reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to Flashlator AI in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice. The user may also delete the application from their device at any time.
Christian Irack may update these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will be notified through an update within the app or in the store. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the developer's country.
